I would not invest more time in documenting Phab given the impending GitLab transition. Putting that effort into https://community.kde.org/Infrastructure/GitLab would be much more worthwhile IMO.

Maybe add a T11220 support to Dolphin? It add a ease of use, for example after installation OS from flash drive you need to format it, but it's too hard (compared with Windows).

I really think last year's goal should not be changed this significantly. I would urge you to revert to the previous state, remove this one from the 2019 board and open a new one for 2019.

I did a big overhaul of the description and added my ideas. Any suggestions/changes ? Waiting for feedback.

Please note that Sysadmin focus now is on the Gitlab migration rather than Phabricator. Setting up all those rules you've asked for is likely to take more than an hour...

+1. Phab can actually do a lot of that already. I know it can do tests and automatically add reviewers. Some repos already do in fact. @sysadmin folks just need to add Herald Rules for this automatically. I've filed a task for a bunch of new rules: {T11060}.

@phils There is a replacement for kwallet https://community.kde.org/KDE_Utils/ksecretsservice (it implements https://specifications.freedesktop.org/secret-service/) but unfortunatelly is not maintained :(
