@oahshtsua What do you say? Right now it doesn't have a champion so would be disqualified from the vote. With Nico's changes it could be in but you will need to make that decision now.

Unfortunately this is not a goal in its current state. A goal should be something larger and aspirational that large parts of the KDE community can contribute to over the next 2 to 3 years. Do you see a way to adapt it?

So far this proposal seems too narrow to become a goal. A goal is supposed to be something a large part of the KDE Community can get behind and work towards. Do you see a chance of adjusting the proposal?
