From an attendee PoV:

• having automatic breakout rooms after each talk to text chat with the speaker was nice
• videos being cut off in the middle of sentences automatically was awkward
• integration of the video widget in the matrix client was a very nice idea but every time I wanted to read a message in another chat it meant losing the talk so I ended up not using the integrated talk widget
• it sometimes felt like I was missing parts of the chat conversations. Not sure if this was matrix dropping messages.

Ok cool. In that case we should coordinate the timing. It's probably best if the supporters don't get it after the big public push.

We still need to send it to the supporters and promote it. The board will handle that.

• hosting LAS
• attending GNUhealth

I assume this task is about the sponsorship brochure? Sponsors outreach is usually done or at least coordinated by the board.

Has this been discussed with the people who created the page like Kevin? This is one of our foundational documents and deserves special treatment and presentation.

Making them smaller is fine from the board side. Please keep them in the footer though.
