It'd be great if we can find a way for our users to send lovely thank you and appreciation messages to our community.

What needs doing:

  • come up with a way to make this work
  • promote it as part of our other 25th anniversary messaging and material

What if we post an image like this to KDE social media (including Reddit) and grab screenshots of the best comments? Then add those screenshots as testimonials to the webpage of the task https://phabricator.kde.org/T14628

We discussed in today's call that we will encourage people to send things on social media and then we will grab a curated sample for the website.
