@millansoto and @braisarias would you like to lend a hand at the booth too?
Maybe... I'm not sure about my utility, I'm only KDE Plasma user (not KDE developer), sometimes I did some promo stuff at KDE Spain Community and others, but nowadays I'm a little bit disconnected. Maybe I can help with the opening or at closing?

Uploaded new version of slides with KDE Eco slide
@toscalix Can i give you a PinePhone Pro to take with you for the booth?
@hannahk Thanks for signing up to staff the booth!
Everything that has not been marked is not confirmed, @apol . I think a PinePhone (or the Beta or the Pro, no need for both) would be good and a Steam Deck. The thing that is logistically complicated is the monitor, especially if flying, but it would be good to have.

Do we have any kind of follow up to this? A post-mortem, feedback we can work with for future editions?

Many KDE community members and enthusiasts will be in Brussels for FOSDEM. I think it could be helpful to organize an in-person meetup to bring community organizers together to plan these parties. Promo will also likely have a role in the megarelease parties by providing local organizers with promotional materials and announcing the events in public channels.

Looks good already :) Will be based on Yocto master with a couple of unmerged patches for RPI5 support, as well as latest state of KDE Yocto layers and everything with a Plasma Mobile shell. I will also bring a very nice touch screen with me for the stall.
Please put your name down for booth staffing so we can know who we can count on! We would need at least 2 people per shift, and between 3 and 4 shifts so people staffing the booth can take a break, eat, get some fresh air and take bathroom breaks.

Of the external events, let's find at least one of each kind for the following projects:
We have an email requesting a KDE speaker to participate in a panel at the event. Here's the text from the email:

@joseph What can you tell us about those flyers? How are they getting to the booth? Will you be taking them? Does somebody have to pick them up?

If you don't find an artist for the Krita demo, it is not a big issue: turn the screen and the tablet the other way so that attendees can use it. It is very engaging and sooner or later someone with some artistic talent will come by and will draw you a nice KDE-themed picture. It always happens.
