The aim of this task is to encourage a productive and worthwhile sprint, with more work and less talk. We will do that by establishing clear topics to deal with during the sprint, goals we want to achieve for each, and charting the activities we are going to carry out to achieve them.

Deadline
The deadline to add your name to the list for budget approval is 30 August 2023.
After that will be sending an estimate to the board for the people who have signed up, after the deadline, attendees have to figure out their reimbursement themselves.
Info about Funding
"The process is to send an email to the board sharing the details around the event, how many people you expect to participate and a rough estimated budget. Then the Board discusses it and if accepted, we put the event on reimbursements.kde.org and people can apply there for reimbursement."
