In this task we intend to organise KDE's attendance to Sate of Open Con 2023.

Goals

• Get a feel of the conference: number of attendees, interests of the delegates, etc., so we can better estimate how we can make the most of this event in future editions
• Raise awareness of KDE technologies among delegates, in the hope we may attract more users, supporters and community contributors.
