Sorry of the late reply. By unknown state I mean the case in which we return "camera.metering.unknown". in Battery.swift. There's probably a case in which it is truly needed, but currently it's hard to reason when that's the case.

Hi @apollozhu, I'm currently working on this feature as well as the "unknown states" issues you mentioned. It would be great if you can give me more details about those unknown states.

Sorry for not getting to this earlier, looks good to me!

I'd want to work on this issue. Can someone direct me to the appropriate resources? I'm pretty new to C++ coding.

I would like to propose this mapping for the percentage symbols:

The redesign has finished. Let's close this.

Note: currently Backend.swift contains a large number of unrelated functionalities, it might be a better idea to create a new file for each functionality (starting from the new changes, and gradually expanding to existing code)

I believe it's coming along nicely. However, I did notice that colors, themes and styles are all over the place in the project. Perhaps something I can work on after this is done :)

Sorry that I have given such a limited context, as @vibhav said, this task is about updating the look of the icons so they appear modern, the gradient is pretty dated.
Anyone interested can take on this task since artistic development falls off of my expertise/interest.
Considering no updates on this, can I take this over?

There is some ongoing work in https://invent.kde.org/network/kdeconnect-android/-/merge_requests/219
Hello,
Is someone working on this? I'd like to work on this as my first task, if it's available.

The logic should be done inside the main memory activity, but also each of the memory not-against-tux should have its own ActivityConfig.qml.
also the player will choose the game mode, right?
to make sure, this will be done in "memory" folder, right?
or it will be done in each memory folder?
The former (add an optional extra mode played by 2 children)
I want to make sure if I understand correctly, in all memory activities (not with against Tux) must have 2 modes, the first mode which is played by 1 child and this is already done, the second mode will be an extra mode and will be played by 2 children, right?
or it will always by played by 2 children?

You are right @aacid, you were super nice and I am really thankful for your answers 🙏🥰 I was actually going to write you a mail thanking you before I saw this issue, sorry

It is not fair to say that you got no answer, i answered you.
So I don't think I can mentor a website related season of KDE alone (I want to focus on NeoChat or the documentation for SoK), but some people volunteered to help in the website channel so I might become a co-mentor ;) It would be nice to also have someone from the Okular team so that we can create something that there are happy with.
Dec 14 2020
Hi! I would be interested in taking the task of updating Okular's website using HUGO as part of Season of KDE 2020. I posted a message on the okular-devel and kde-www mailing list, but got no answer. Would my work be useful? Would someone take me as their mentor?

Like we said to the last few, feel free to work on it. I haven't seen much activity happen around the topic. Maybe you would like to explain how you'd like to start working on it?
Hi, I would like to work on this if it's up for taking.
Oct 15 2020
ok my bad. I thought you were referring to the remote keyboard inside the android app>remote input> keyboard on header.
My understanding is that it is about the UI for the keyboard that allows receiving input on Android, which indeed looks quite dated.

It is still open :D I had some very basic work on it on a branch somewhere on my computer that I just pushed in this branch: https://invent.kde.org/carlschwan/okular-kde-org/-/tree/hugo.
@ognarb I would like to work on this, If its still open.

Sorry to say but I think currently I don't have adequate knowledge to complete this task. So it is open for contribution :)

I would like to work on this @mutlaqja . Can you point me to the source?

@ngraham The removal of the unrelated posts is https://invent.kde.org/websites/elisa-kde-org/-/merge_requests/4 and I just merged it.
Looks like that's fixed now. Closing!
Thanks everyone @ognarb @nikunjgoyal @mgallien @ngraham for helping through the course. Happy to see this work live.
Great work everyone! It's gorgeous!
Thanks a lot for launching the site 😍😍😍.
Also thanks a lot @ognarb for sponsoring us 🔥🔥🔥.
Also, the website is now live https://elisa.kde.org. Paul wanted to do a small review of it before we can announce it to the whole world on social media :D I already mentioned it a bit in https://carlschwan.eu/2020/09/28/what-is-cooking-on-kde-website.html
In T12726#241343, @mgallien wrote:@ognarb The current list looks good except maybe @nikunjgoyal and @deprov who created the site are out of the list. Is this usual for websites ?
It is handled a bit differently for code and I understand that a website may have different rules but it seems a bit weird to me.

Should I move some blog posts about Elisa on this site ? As it is the current entries should be removed or they will lead to some confusion.
It is perfect. I am really grateful to everybody for such a nice website.
From my side, the website is now perfect :) @mgallien are you ok to deploy it and who should get commit access to it other than you?

@mgallien it's alright :) Hope we're able to finish up with a great website for elisa :)
Sep 22 2020
@nikunjgoyal Thanks a lot and I am very sorry to have missed you in my first comment.
@deprov and @nikunjgoyal: nice work :D I will try to review and maybe send a few MR to your repo tomorrow
@deprov Thanks a lot !

Thanks everybody for this initiative. Even though I did some web dev at my work, I really feel incompetent on this.
That will be really cool to have a website to promote Elisa and help its users find information about its usage.
Hugo is also fine :) You can find some layout files here: https://invent.kde.org/websites/kde-org-announcements-releases :)
@ognarb is it alright if we do this in hugo or does it have to be in jekyll?
Sep 19 2020
yes @nikunjgoyal we can work together. I will contact you regarding the proceedings.
hey anubhav , I'm also interested in this . Would you like to work together on this?
We use jekyll for creating the websites and have a theme ready. See https://community.kde.org/KDE.org/Jekyll for a tutorial to how to use it.
I would like to work on this but I have some doubts.

@cubix tell us if you don't know where to start from or if you have any questions. :)
Hi I would like to work on this.
