For animated wallpapers, is it possible to show a translucent window, when the window is maximized, the animation will be paused, and when it's restored or minimized, the animation will continue playing?
Not sure if "annotate image" should be added because the feature is not in Plasma.

I don't know where is "Contact" as it's not installed on my system, is it a mobile applet?
It's another calendar system which is different from Event Calendar, and Plasma should be the first desktop environment on Linux to add support for it (it's already available on Windows, macOS and Android long time ago)

I feel " unlock earning potential from our ecosystem" can be part of this goal.
I remember GNOME has a plan to unlock earning potential from our ecosystem. Perhaps this goal can be integrated with More activities with GNOME.

I just submitted a merge request to at-spi2-core to improve accessibility and I find that the accessibility goal can also achieve this goal partially.

Applications like a document reader or a web browser can be easily tested by measuring the opening speed of a document, but how can other applications measure their efficiency? For example in Plasma how to test one applet's efficiency? Can the current CI framework do it?

This goal would conflict with "KDE For All: Boosting Accessibility for Plasma and Apps" as improving accessibility will inevitably make KDE heavier.
