the patches you linked are for breeze-icons. They are fine and will work. Here we are in plasma-framework in the breeze plasma theme that is complete separate and in plasma framework the change didn't go to master.

I'm that much confuse maybe someone can make a screenshot what should be changed the opacity was already changed.

sorry I'm not the maintainer for the breeze plasma theme and arc isn't my friend so I upload the svg file with the red color here. If someone want to have the ? in read than push it to master.

only in 16px there is no circle and in general I'm not really happy to have no circle around the icon. maybe for repeat and shuffle it will work but play/pause are more intuitive with circle than without.

I added the colored icon for elisa but I understood if you don't like it. personally I'm not 100% happy with large monochrome icons.

it doesn't matter where the element in kirigami swap it's for settings and have an dotted icon would only increase publicity like here in discover have three dot's in each line will give you the information that you can do something, but the focus is more on the line content than on the dotted icon.

cause I changed my workflow and start use arc but I wasn't interested into a review.

the old icon with 12 dots are a bit of a overkill now with three dot's compare to three lines.

can we get it now to master?

Elisa is a new music player app (yes another one) cassettes are old-school yes, but the benefit is that it look like an old (stable well developed) app in addition it's way more unique than other music player apps.

I added edit-select-none icon to oxygen and hopefully I have some time to sync oxygen with breeze. As I wrote I don't will add absolute new oxygen icons but that doesn't mean that the existing huge icon set shouldn't be unmaintained.

I would add a second color e.g. for the beak and for the eye. maybe you can add the earth from the application-internet icon into the plumage

nice may you can use more collours not only one gradient when you look most icons have more colors.

add an real emblem-shared icon cause the existing one was a symbolic one for gnome. should work now so +1

Album View
I would add a bit more margin in the album view.

big improvement from the design (text styles are way better). the play sometimes preview sometimes next stuff look a bit confuse. I would have this 3 actions always available.

please disable shadows. In general you need colored icons for default artist and album

As it's a detail view hover shouldn't be needed. All stuff that is available in the hover information should be on the screen. If you want to have it in the list view I would recommend to have it in an edit mode than you have the benefit of see it in a list view and edit it.
