Ideally we'd add a backend based in the thing we used for qtcon payments to allow credit card payments in addition to paypal.

But of course all depends on how soon this needs to be done

What's the rough timescales for this one? I'm going to be rushed off my feet until Akademy is over, so it would be good to be able to work around that.

As long as we have not sorted out the accounting problems with braintree we can not use it for any larger campaign. Our accounting simply can't handle it.
