Deadline
The deadline to add your name to the group booking is 8 June 2022.
After that will be sending an estimate to the board for the people who have signed up. After the deadline attendees have to figure out their accommodation and reimbursement themselves.
Info about Funding
@neofytosk says: "The process is to send an email to the board sharing the details around the event, how many people you expect participating and a rough estimated budget. Then the Board discusses it and if accepted, we put the event on reimbursements.kde.org and people can apply there for reimbursement."
As the budget has been approved, the event has been created under https://reimbursements.kde.org/events with the title "Promo Sprint 2022".
All participants can apply for reimbursement by following the link above and clicking the "Travel Support" button for the event on the right.
