Does the services still work for you? The site seems pretty disfunctional, at least if you need to register as a new user first, which makes it impossible for me to test your patch.

- cleaned up CMakeLists.txt a bit
- Reactivated gpodder service. Build support depends on this pr, though: https://github.com/gpodder/libmygpo-qt/pull/12

I've already begun porting Amarok to SQLite3, since it is provided by the basic flatpak runtime. I'll post the finished patch when it works.
libmygpo-qt provides a pkgconfig file libmygpo-qt5.pc you can check for using pkg_check_modules

Even though it may not be available on every distro out there yet (for lack of consumers), libmygpo-qt-1.0.9 supports Qt5 already. At least clementine also makes use of it, but only in their qt5 branch.

I have no idea why the vlc backend doesn't work. But I think it's a bug in the backend, not the analyzer.

Analyzer should work as well, if you are using the gstreamer phonon backend. Vlc backend doesn't work unfortunately.
FWIW: It builds and Albums, Current Track and Lyrics work.
This can even go to master.
Added resizing of applets in config mode

The Amarok-KF5 development is in a different branch from master, so it's independent. Any work done in the KF5 branch has no influence on the KDE 4 Amarok code, so that could still be released.

There are no changes to the plugin system in this revision. Please try this and see if that fixes your issue.

Hi Malte, I've applied your patch with Arcanist and then pushed it to remote. Before pushing I had to fix your author name and email though. KDE git hook refused your original author name because it was just one word.
