The problem of the android app that it is only for android (no ios or windows phone) so maybe it's better a web version that we can adapt also on mobile with cordova and use for the desktop version.

The button has been implemented inside a template. It works like this. A Button is displayed on the bottom of section page, let's say User:Bob/FooSection. When pressed the button add a text with a preloaded template on the bottom of User:Bob/FooSection. This template automatically adds the page to a category.

1. The Welcome message with a link to communication channels and guide
2. The sections created by the user
3. A Badge that links to the tutor (if we want to do that)

Actually we all agree that these pages are not properly written (not sure if this holds for "how to help" pages), but I don't think that completely deleting them would be nice. As of now, you can see that the banner is structured as a template WTL_Intro and it's used in the main page with some html tags and bootstrap classes see here. If you want to modify it I suggest to copy the code of the template and test it on a local environment or into the user page
