At the bottom of every WikiToLearn page, there is a "Last Edited" timestamp. This seems to be in central european time, no matter where in the world you are, with nothing saying so.

There are probably other places that have timestamps that aren't being localized also.

Easy fix: Just add Central European Time at the end of those times. Not optimal.
Better fix: Get the location of the user and transform the time to their timezone. Best solution, requires more work.
