The quick share applet uses this to track what thing is in focus and offers to share that. The whole thing is quite a bit broken though

There's a problem: Without applications.menu KService stops working on Gnome. Even basic usage like KService::serviceByDesktopName("org.kde.konsole") then fails

All of the usages are in Plasma, so we could move it there to avoid carrying it in Frameworks
