There are a lot of topics on GCompris, with more or less activities within them. I'll try to make a list:

• sciences: analog/digital electricity, gravity, mixing colors to find a specific one, renewable energy/water cycle, solar system questions, discovering of a submarine basic elements
• maths: counting, operations, arithmetic activities,
• logic games: fifteen game, find the logical associations between two sequences, color a graph so 2 adjacent nodes are always different, hanoi tower, sudoku, find differences between 2 images
• keyboard/mouse learning: a basic wordprocessor, move the mouse around the screen, click/double click on elements, redraw a picture
• reading: type the letters/words, find if a word is in a list, vocabulary (by themes: learn colors, numbers... in any supported language)
• memory games: pair games with mutliple modes (math operations, images, lowercase/uppercase letters...)
• geography: find famous monuments in the world, find where live some animals, locate countries/regions on a map
• arts: find details on a painting, free drawing activity, a puzzle (jigsaw)
• music: find which instrument does a specific sound, play a piano, reproduce the audio sequence,
• measures: find a date in a calendar, find a time in a clock, balance scales to match the weight of an object, buy objects and give the change
• strategy games: align 4, mastermind, chess, checkers...

@jjazeix We wanted to add calendar dates and facts for social media, specific to some topics. For now, we can sue this list/

I have made sample posts for the International Days. These graphics are just suggestions as I am not a designer. If these ideas are fine. I can suggest a few more posts.

I like that you have used images from GCompris. Many of GCompris' characters and backgrounds are in SVG format in the program's folders. This means we can go beyond using screenshots and mix and match. Also, @timotheegiet is a designer, so, if he has time, he can help suggest or even modify existing art to fit some of the occasions.

If you can make the sample post for each 1 or better 2 weeks before each date, I'll make sure to make the corresponding image on time.

@timotheegiet I have added descriptions for November and will be adding more descriptions for others with time. I will make a similar format for T13734 so that it will be easier to design.

We should never say something like "KDE has created GCompris", as GCompris was created outside of KDE , and the project only joined KDE relatively recently compared to its history...

@aniqakhokhar I've made images for the first three of November. For "Computer Security Day", I'm actually not sure we should do something for it, as it's not really directly connected to GCompris... (and the only visual things I see we could reuse would overlap with the "World Computer Literacy Day").

@timotheegiet We do not have to make a post for each day. We can only use the days which we think are more related to GCompris/

You can upload the images here, if you want. We can then store them in Promo's share partition for when we need them.

If there is an organising body and they have social media accounts, you may want to reference them in your posts, like, for International Games Week, you could've written:

Like that, you are more likely to get a retweet and be able to reach their audience too.
