There is a mention in this task of increasing the quality and amount of bindings for languages other than C++:

Hello all, just in case you missed the news, we have a matrix room to get in touch with the team and see how to join the effort.
Hello @pallaswept and welcome aboard. You can contact the team and see how to join the effort in our Matrix room.

Since I take care of a lot of input stuff in Qt (at least most things related to pointing devices, including tablets), I'm interested in getting as many features in place and bugs fixed as possible. Please write up Qt bugs rather than working around them, and nag me about the ones that are becoming obstacles.

Hey all, as you know, we are encouraging more than one champion per goal. If this task resonates with you and you feel inspired to contribute more closely, now is a great time to do so. Have a chat with @nicolasfella to see how you can join forces with him.

The voting process is over, the votes are being tallied and the chosen proposals will be announced at Akademy. In the meantime we would like to invite you all to join the KDE Goals matrix room to stay in the loop, get in touch with other people and team up on other proposals if yours doesn’t make it—or rally some support if it does.

Some old merge request that might be relevant if we start to work on that: https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kio/-/merge_requests/366
You might want to think about building long-term relationships with organizations like https://www.freecodecamp.org (9.87M subscribers on YT) to initiate a “coding for a cause” type program.

@vivekanandanks, irrespective of the fact that your suggestion doesn't appear to relate directly to the post, what exactly are you referring to? I ask because frameworks are notoriously difficult to mix-and-match due to how much of the dependency tree of a codebase they generally encompass, in comparison to something written without them.
@vivekanandanks, having Neon be immutable wouldn't be a great idea, considering that its entire purpose is to evaluate changes. Immutability is useful for security and stability, which are of significantly less concern - or are an impediment - in development-oriented testbeds.
I strongly support the fact that other frameworks should be included in KDE. It'll attract a variety of people from different frameworks who would love to be part of the community.
Not quite what u would expect/prefer but still want to put this suggestion up:
I strongly suggest this idea since we need a lot of contributors and improved workflow and somehow it'll expand the exposure of plasma to students etc.

One more relevant issue that would make many people happy is support for spare layouts on Wayland: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=455431
