This is a direct subtask of T11153 just for the frameworks and Plasma changes necessary to port settings windows. They will all have the same look-and-feel:

Looks like this removes the padding from the config page itself, which is the most noticeable due to the ugly header positioning:
Hmm, yeah, that's not ideal. May need to re-add some margins in the content view part of KPageDialog. I'll see what I can do.
