Ok, I managerd to disable Flow for guest, but there is still a problem here.

Just got a reply from the Flow devs a few days ago: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T139627
Will work on finishing this ASAP

I will reply inline trying to keep things short :-)
Before going with this design I want to propose a different approach to the homepage mockup.

Basic code is in thanks to @crisbal and @grigoletti

This could be a great idea for participation. One of these 4 videos can be a video of our core members explaining why they love contributing to the project in their interest area. This video can also be used by local communities founders when they are talking about WikiToLearn and have to do community building!

Probably not one of our highest-priority-tasks but I think that we can ask to already contributing professors to write few lines about their experience so that we have this material ready when the new homepage is released
Yes, I think this could be deleted (but don't trust me, ask before the owner and other subscribers, perhaps)
So i think that https://phabricator.kde.org/T2815 can be closed?
We started to analyze a new promotional text.

This is more and more crucial for the development of WikiToLearn, as the promo and participation teams are only waiting for this!
What do you think of making a minisprint this week to finally get this done? :-)

Well an autocomplete will be great to simplify but maybe to start is too much.
I agree... maybe with autocomplete? I have lots of good ideas, time to draw mockups and write some PHP :-)
Uhm maybe a different extension this is focus for languages but we need like a tag generated automatically to avoid to insert manually the universities.
So, apparently Wikipedia is using this extension: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Babel
Probably something like on https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Utente:Mte90 for the languages that use a code like this:
{{Babel|it|en-3|eo-2}}
Maybe we can create a slug based for the university like unipa, unica and a field without restriction for the course.
This is very very easily done with a template that tells you from which university you are from. I am just not sure how we want to handle localization; how do we plan to bring the template within wikis? e.g. should all unis be present on all the websites, or just on their countries one?

As I can say only amazing!
The mockups are perfect!
I think that we can close that to improve the page with other subpages, maybe a directory based for university students.
ping? This is something that is a *real* problem for new users :(
yep, we should be careful on how to count the numbers. I will mark this as normal priority, and we'll try to get it in for 1.0

I am agree active users need to be a proportion between the first edit done and the last and with a minimum of 40-50.
In that way you remove the casual contributors.
