On the homepage we have the number of chapters but no any info about the contributors on that language, so add also this label is helpful for the participation and promotion.
Maybe also the number of universities involved for that language it is not a bad idea.

I am agree active users need to be a proportion between the first edit done and the last and with a minimum of 40-50.
In that way you remove the casual contributors.
