The shift dialogue seems to have died for a lot of windows users, so maybe this is the right moment to just move it into the configuration menu, as a tab of the tablet-pressure curve dialogue?

Edit: I can't seem to summon it either, so it's probably dead.

The tablet screen mapping menu was removed. It should really be possible for our code to always do the right thing. Qt5 puts in a lot of additional support for carefully handling DPI scaling. I believe restoring the dialog will not be difficult but I would want users to report it to us if they find it's necessary to use it.

We have a whole slew of bug reports about mapping problems, though:

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=362933
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=362487
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=362544

(And I think there are more, there are a number of tablet bugs reported for 2.9 that were tested and reported again for 3.0, but without the version number updated)

I didn't realize this was still causing problems. D1602
