Yes, should be fine [sorry for the late reply]

Creation of pages is going on. Texts have been sent to translators and "join us" page is already ready and linked, while "about us" is being created. I'd say we're almost done with promo work for the skin :)

I agree with you all. For now we can use both RocketChat or e-mail notifications. I think that the best solution (at least for now) is to notify an admin with a notification on the site (if possible) and with a related e-mail.

Started working on the italian "join us" page. I think that this page has to be very similar (but better organized than) to the already existing join.wikitolearn.org. I've discussed with @atundo and @tomaluca about this and we think that the best solution is to have localized communication channels pages in every language portal. I've started with the italian one (see
for the wikitext ) which can be adjusted but it seems to me better organized and well-structured than the previous version. When this is ok we could translate it and publish on join.wikitolearn.org/language. Further details can be found at http://it.wikitolearn.org/Utente:M.bona under "Work in progress", where I am creating drafts for these pages.Oct 7 2016
@ScimmiaSpaziale, for sure for professors experience on WTL we can ask prof. Paganoni and, maybe, other professors who contributed with us. For other stories, maintainers ones could be a good choice.
Hello everyone! We have to work on this task https://phabricator.kde.org/T3959 , which is fundamental and mandatory for the new homepage. Since among the texts we have to prepare there are videos description I was wondering the state of art of videos and, moreover: are there any suggestions on which video(s) we'd like to insert in the new homepage? Once we've decided which video(s) to insert, even if they're not ready yet, we can start working on texts

This could be a great idea for participation. One of these 4 videos can be a video of our core members explaining why they love contributing to the project in their interest area. This video can also be used by local communities founders when they are talking about WikiToLearn and have to do community building!

Probably not one of our highest-priority-tasks but I think that we can ask to already contributing professors to write few lines about their experience so that we have this material ready when the new homepage is released

Is there a list with templates you defined as "old and unused"? I mean, removing useless templates is ok but we always have to pay attention to "what links here" page, otherwise we could damage some pages.
If you are working on it right now, I'd suggest to template this page: http://it.wikitolearn.org/Spazi_di_Hilbert so that we can also close this task: https://phabricator.kde.org/T2801 . Otherwise it should be added to the "to-do-list"

To me it's ok. I'd just like to understand better what I have to do and I will be happy to help you

I'd like to have a feedback on what to do with this pages:
First steps in LHCb/Running a minimal DaVinci job locally
How to help/Professor
How to help/Student
Vision
WikiToLearn Manual (and all the related pages)
Pages I did not remove since not sure if can be useful for the dev side. Please, let me know if you think these pages are useful or can be deleted:
Removed since useless/similar to other (more complete pages we have)/old:
