Follow the organization of the edit-a-thon, planned for October 1st,2nd 2016 @ Amritapuri Campus, Amrita University.

• Create the award prize. See task: https://phabricator.kde.org/T3636
• Write/review a document to propose the event to professors and involve them
• Write/review a document to organize the general structure of the event
• Write/review a document to give people an overall introduction to WTL
  
  So far the last two documents have been created, reviewed and sent to @srijancse . As soon as we know professors feedbacks we can review these documents and create/review the first one. The award prize is going to be prepared (follow task for more details).
