I'm currently using the #8 and I think it works well.

Added two options (8 & 9). At the moment I think the #8 is better.

I think the winsows 10 desktop switcher icon is more self explanation but yes the tree dot's could get an improvement.

For me new ones don't follow the guidelines and Breeze style. Please use the current icons as reference implementation.

I don't like the circular gradient in the middle and the inner shadow is wrong. OK for the rest

To be honest any of them is in Breeze style for me (in fact I proposed a Gimp icon time ago but it wasn't accepted)

Very cool mockups, but wouldn't be better a service menu for Dolphin? I.e. right clic on a text file > share > notes.kde.org or share > share.kde.org. Right clic on a generic file > share > share.kde.org.

I meant both visual and input-wise, just a little more margin because on my phone if I try to drag the handle the context drawer appear instead :( also if I try to drag the handle to close the quick actions menu the global drawer opens

I think it should appear when you scroll up but it shouldn't become bigger
