The fact is that when you fix it by hand (i've already done it) nothing changes. There's a sort of memory of previous bad categorization

We can use a repo to save the templates from meta, but the process of importing template is just 2/3 clicks long and can be done by admin users without having to access the server. Do we really need that now?
Should be nice. Auto-importing templates will help us.
shouldn't this be a scripted, automatic import? (at least of the structural templates)
