Kexi Reports: Simplify the code .... no changes required in KReport as the implementation is different, timer is in a private class on the stack. Kexi changes might still be required.

For 'Further improve retrieval of aggregate report values for queries' i have missed out the change to kreportprerenderer::setName() ... need to check how this is used.
