Goals

CONTRIBUTION GOALS

• Encourage Attendees to Contribute: Guide attendees to Matrix channels for KDE projects with good-first-issues.
• Increase Supporting Members: Aim to sign up at least 10 new supporting members from booth interactions.
• Raise at least €200 in one time donations.
• Promote Plasma 6 Adoption: Show live differences between Plasma 5 and 6, and assist attendees in installing Plasma 6 on-site.

AWARENESS GOALS

• Deliver a Lightning Session: Present well-received KDE projects to raise awareness and engagement.
• Boost Social Media Following: Gain at least 100 new followers on major channels like Mastodon, X, or LinkedIn.
• Strengthen KDE Brand: Distribute KDE stickers for attendees to proudly display.
• Promote Software Adoption: Showcase KDE apps with live demos to encourage downloads and usage.
• Showcase Collaborations: Highlight successful collaborations, like with Valve, through hardware demos.
• Promote Plasma 6: Feature Plasma 6 benefits and prompt attendees to subscribe for updates.
