The aim of this task is to keep an updated list of upcoming posts that will go on to social media so we can keep track of open slots and not have posts clashing and eclipsing each other. Pleas also check T13459.

Generally, I think that the concept of "let's plan our upcoming posts" is a great idea. Although I do wonder if it wouldn't be better to use the Calendar feature from Phabricator for that? (and in the future, maybe a matrix calendar integration, that'd be even cooler)
I have tried that. The options we have or clash with other projects (an annoy people) or don't show up for anybody we forget to invite

This sounds interesting. What is it?
If other solutions don't work, another option is to use a shared text file on share.kde.org, and just list there the posts. It might be a bit easier than editing phabricator tasks.
