- git: fetch and change to releases/20.04 branch in pkgapplications server
- cleanup artifacts from old releases
- run update_l10n.sh in capona
- run pack_all.sh in capona
- compile packages locally
- copy tars and and signatures to proper location in milonia
- copy versions from capona to your local machine release-tools
- run tag_all.sh in your local machine
- run bash add_bugzilla_versions.sh in your local machine

Sorry I didn't saw your message until today.
For the web stuff, we should at least create a info page for the packagers and I would suggest to just create a small page in the dot that we can share on social media basically saying that we have a new beta release and that users can test it and report bugs and regression.
