Dmitry just updated the tablet settings dialog on Windows.

• Add note about the conflicting resolution dialog on windows. I need screenshots for this at minimum, @scottpetrovic, @alvinhochun or @rempt , can I get some help here?
• We need to update the relevant FAQ entries to use this more comfortable approach.
• Also check the drawing_tablets.rst
• We should probably update the tablet log faq to instruct people to use the log viewer docker instead of debugview, or to use the tablet tester.
• We should keep a note of how it was done in 4.1 in an info box or a versionchanged:: 4.2 section.
