Summary

This enables the option "Start in same directory as current tab" which can be toggled in
the profile settings. If a tab contains multiple splits it chooses the currently active one.
Splitting inside a tab does not keep the same directory but could be easily added
(Konsole does it also like this).

Test Plan

Open Tabs, Splits and change directories around.
Now open more tabs everythings should behave as described above.
