Sub-task for the port of railroad during SoK 2018

The layout of the whole activity needs to be reworked.
At present, it is hard-coded to have fixed no. of wagons and locomotives in fixed no. of rows, which leads to distortion of images or we need horizontal scrolling of the wagons in a row to reach correct image, which shouldn't be the case.
