The Marketing team will prepare and deliver a couple of sessions to developers and project leaders on how to promote their work and, hopefully, get more visibility and expand their userbase.

• First we'll have a lighning talk in which we will give a quick pointers on how you should focus your project to make it more attractive to your target audience. This talk will also serve as a teaser for the more in depth workshop describer below.
• Then we will have a workshop in which we'll look at real world KDE projects (including any projects submitted by the attendees) and analyse what they can do better to attract bigger audiences.
