This seems to be KStandardDirs and KDialog.

KStandardDirs is my specialty.

First easy step, removing dead code :-) https://commits.kde.org/kmenuedit/0c05f408b8ceed28a67fe49a3bb65c682e045060

Then for the actual porting away from KStandardDirs: D23823

The rest of kdelibs4support removal still needs to be done.
