FrameSvgItem has
connect(m_frameSvg, SIGNAL(repaintNeeded()), this, SLOT(doUpdate()));
and in doUpdate does
m_margins->update(); m_fixedMargins->update();
I still get tons of binding loop warnings on e.g. "topMargin" in Plasma
