Update "get involved" page to indicate how one can register

Currently, the "get involved" page sends people to Phabricator without any further comments. This was very confusing for me because Phabricator doesn't offer you any way to create a new account. With six members in the project, the impression is that participation is limited to these six members and everybody else has read-only access.

This change adds a note pointing people to KDE Identity site for account creation, this should be enough to get them started. While at it, I also fixed a typo in the same sentence ("checkout" => "check out").
