I just sent an email to Illan and Bala requesting the SoCalSUSE booths, including the KDE booth.

I have marked myself as off of work for this week (Jun 19, 2023 - Jun 23, 2023) to make myself available to work the event. I don't expect my manager will not approve this. If for some reason he does, I will update this thread.

Okay, so some personal things got canceled that should free me up to work this event. I am still validating, but a quick glace of my calendar for any other conflict seems to show that I'm clear.

Unfortunately I am not going to be available to work the booth for this one. I can help plan and I can hand off the boothbox stuff to those who will be working it, but I just won't be available for the dates of this event.

I added a link to a spreadsheet where we are tracking the booth volunteers. I am not just organizing the KDE booth but also the openSUSE, NextCloud, and LOPSA booths. All volunteers are tracked on the same spreadsheet and at the show we support each other and sometimes swap booth staff as people need breaks or attend talks.
