Description

In this task we will collect ideas to celebrate KDE's 22nd birthday (14th of October). From the list of submitted ideas we will select the ones we consider will have the biggest impact and can be realistically in the time we have. If necessary, we will convert the selected ideas into subtasks.

Apart from the dot articles and social media blasts, we are looking for out-of-the-box ideas with potential viral qualities that are fun and can help increase KDE's visibility outside our community.

  1. 22 community members from more veteran to newer members congratulate KDE and say what the love about the project
  2. Quick montage of celebrations, congratulations, interspersed with screen casts of highlights from KDE's history: KDE 3 starting, Krita speed drawing, receiving email in Kmail, etc.
  3. 22 things that are also 22 this year: using stock footage and stills, make a montage video of other things that are 22 this year

Is there an artwork for this? Something like a konqi, a 22, the KDE logo and "happy birthday". I would like to put this on a cake.
