Write Yearly Promo Report
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

  • Brainstorm achievements
  • Brainstorm activities carried out
  • Brainstorm ongoing projects
  • Brainstorm plans
  • Brainstorm wishlist

As part of our ongoing goal to provide more information back to the community about the work that the team does, we would like to put together a report that covers the last year and the accomplishments within the Promo team. The focus is to showcase the team's achievements and results of some of the things that the community cares about.

This year has been a successful year for the Promo team in terms of exposure and communication. This has led us to have a year full of events and successes. We would like to highlight these for the rest of the community.

Please note that this is “not” a report about your daily work, hours worked or routine. The format is just text. I feel this could be put together in 2 weeks, just to allow time for you to go back and review. if you need more time, let me know.

We truly appreciate your work and all you do for the community.

If you have any questions, please reach out to Aleix or me for more details.

@abetts where do you ultimately want this published? Who is the intended audience? What format does the board want the draft in?

I think in a first instance turn it into the Board so that we can review it and then we can provide direction on what channels or how to present it. Thank you for the effort.

We need to know who the ultimate audience is going to be, otherwise there is no way of knowing what is relevant and what style to write it in. Or do you want three or four different reports, one, say, for the board, another for sponsors, yet another for the community, and another for the general public?

Good point. Your ultimate audience is the community.
