Plasma Mobile needs the,

• Mobile friendly wireless network management configuration
• Mobile network connection (also related to telephony)

We also need module which is specific to mobile and allows to,

• Disable mobile data
• Set the APN (Access Point Name) for mobile data
• Show the counters/information for mobile data used

We currently have @mkacej and @jgrulich who are working on the wireless settings for Plasma Mobile. Current work is hosted on https://github.com/MartinKacej/plasma-nm, we need to get this merged in git master.
