Goals

Let's keep it simple and general to start with. We'll figure out details and fine-tune later:

Main goal: Recruit contributors

Given the nature of the attendees to FOSSASIA (college kids with few means), this is probably the most realistic and achievable of goals.

How can we facilitate achieving this goal

• Re-do (some) slides so that attendees can scan and visit locations where they can by guided into becoming KDE contributors
• Related to above, set up a KDE Thailand matrix chat room and check of existing Thai contributors to help populate it with a welcoming crowd
• "Sell" KDE mentorship programs. SoK is already done for, but we still have GSoC.
• ...

How can we measure the success of the goal

• Check how many people join the KDE Thailand Matrix chat room
• Check how many Thai people sign up for GSoC
