When proposing modernizing changes, it is recommended to:

1. All modernization changes during modernization sprints
2. Add a note about the new usage/code style policy into HACKING file
3. Add a CI routine to check this rule on CI automatically
4. Do the modernization changes on (preferably, all) Krita files
