clicking on Open resource folder takes you to ~/.local/share/krita/krita/krita/ instead of /.local/share/krita/

Description

the resource folder destination is not correct, clicking on open resource folder button in resource management dialog opens ~/.local/share/krita/krita/krita/ in the explorer, inside this folder the blacklist xml are stored whereas other resources are stored in /.local/share/krita/ , some resources namesly input folder and predefined image size folder are stored in /.local/share/krita/krita

when we create new brush tips or stamps the gbrs are stored in .local/share/krita/krita/brushes/ instead of .local/share/krita/brushes, next time when we load krita the brush has missing tip .

this affects the newly created template files too. they get saved in .local/share/krita/krita

Hello @rempt the open resource button in the manage resource section now opens the correct folder on linux,

but there is another thing happening as a side effect the new brush tips are saved in .local/share/krita instead of .local/share/krita/brushes/ thus rendering the brush presets without a brush tip on next restart
