Need to add a section about text to complete the T10335 task
Sat, Mar 30
Hi @citelao , is this patch done, can you just remove the warning for intel, so that we can approve and push this?

I think we have covered everything in this task, we can close this.
This fixes T10334
- Add missing file and correct typo

- Update supported osx version
+1 for Scribus. Scribus and Krita are a fantastic combination for artists and professionals working in print. Bringing in Scribus will mean greater interoperability between two software. This would be great if happened.

I have added welcome screen section and also added what is Krita section in the landing page so that - T10332 can be closed i think
I plan to complete the todo items in other tasks this week, for now we can go ahead with what we have here in this diff.
- Update the getting started page

Thank you very much for the quick mockup @scottpetrovic . I agree that if the show origin / axis check box is not active then the options should be hidden.
On the copy translate section, is there a better way to word the "sub brushes" thing I am just asking, it can say "translate points" or "Add translate origins" also while in copy translate mode the show origin checkbox can say show origin, or show translate origins. The message when edit mode is active is definitely a great improvement.

Aah okay, I didn't know it was the same user who implemented that feature. Thanks for clearing that.
Adding this bug report here - https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=402971 this is from a user he has some other suggestion and ideas for the docker.

I don't know if this correct, while zooming from the mouse, i would like it to zoom with respect to my mouse cursor, but while zooming with the keyboard shortcut I would prefer it to be zoom in with respect to canvas center. I can't find the earlier discussion but we had a discussion about zoom actions.

As deevad said, thank you very much for this patch, and from initial testing it seems to be a desirable change. However as deevad said, all the brushes needs to be changed to incorporate this new behavior and also we need to update the documentation stating this change. We need a proper plan to roll out this change.

In my opinion, we need the following things
That handles the moving and transforming, but not the node editing , rounding the rectangle selection part etc.

sorry one more question. is this only for Wacom or other tablets are also supported.
I think there needs to be a section for managing groups for the user as well
Adding and removing user to per-existing groups etc is required and currently there is no GUI anywhere for it.

I like the first solution, Since it makes clear distinction about being inactive and active, plus it doesn't actually add an extra click as the current steps required are same. I wouldn't like the second option because it creates a bit of confusion, suppose I want default settings of a parameter and i just want to enable it, to do this I need to either check the box like before or do some changes to slider to enable it. also there is a chance of inadvertently enabling something just while browsing the settings.

Nice design @scottpetrovic. Thank you for creating the mocks.

A plugin registry would be cool. But I also suggest that some curated and famous scripts from the registry should be added to default set from time to time. So there won't be a blog-post saying 10 things you should do after you install krita :D
