Hi!
I currently prepare a Linux-Sampler and collecting KDE Sounds of older Versions to use it as Instrument with MIDI Files (eg Happy Birthday Song), but I am just at the beginning yet. I'll hopefully come up with a minimal prototype this week.

EDIT 1:
@bcooksley does generate archive file lists, I will put them to the KDE Evolution repo (https://invent.kde.org/domson/kde-evolution), to make historical versions searchable by filename.

EDIT 2:
@sandsmark is it already possible to run the historical versions (https://invent.kde.org/historical) and record the screen?

@domson The file listing content isn't terribly publishable, as it comes to a total of ~4GB in size uncompressed. You probably want to clean it up (removing all the various patch versions, as well as the win32 archives used by the old KDE on Windows systems, etc before looking at trying to publish this)

You can download an archive containing it's contents from https://cdn.kde.org/file-listing.tar.xz

Please let me know once you have retrieved it so I can remove it.

@bcooksley awesome thanks! its a bit frightening though. Yes great idea to clean it up a bit (reduce depth)! Now its showtime for StrozziNoSQL & Starbase :-D

PS: Its downloaded.

Thanks for confirming - i've now removed the file.
