Overall we are putting these buttons on the left. Should be relatively easy to fix. Would you like to submit merge requests to fix them? I can guide you.

I also notice that https://develop.kde.org/hig/components/editing/list/ is wrong and does not reflect the current reality. And really, that whole page needs to be totally re-done. It has a huge amount of content in it, but most of of is us un-helpful, un-actionable filler. I'll work on that.

Yes! I'm all in for Plasma consistency. Also, I think that the "create new" should be replaced by "add new" or "add" and all of the add buttons should have the plus symbol.
