Description

the KStandardShortcut integration should move to a plugin provided by PlatformIntegration

On Windows/macOS/android the shortcuts used by KStandardAction would be queried from the platform and/or hardcoded.

On Unix, they would be provided by the plugin, so they are user-configurable.
