Bug fix paused during dithering not resuming

Summary: When pausing a capture sequence during dithering, Capture did not resume when pressing the start button. This patch fixes this.

Test Plan: Enable dithering in the guiding module (options button bottom right). Start guiding. Create a capture sequence with several frames and start capturing. Press the "Pause" button as soon as Ekos starts dithering and wait until dithering is completed. Now press the start button. Without this fix, the Capture remains in the pausing mode, with this fix it continues capturing.
