Adding test for Ekos start/stop.

Summary:
This test verifies Ekos start/stop using the Simulators profile.
This test allows to reproduce BZ398192 when commenting out the delay identified by this bug at test_ekos.cpp:150.
This test also shows that the UI lacks definitive feedback for the end of the procedure connecting INDI devices.

Test Plan: This test is part of kstars_ui_tests.
